Born and raised in Rochester, NY, Iuvany has extensive experience in building, scaling, and managing technical support teams. He has held positions in roles such as Director of Global Technical Support, Manager of Technical Support, and Senior Technical Support Engineer.
Family is at the heart of everything for Iuvany, who is a proud parent of four children (three daughters and one son) and grandparent to three grandchildren. Whether spending time with family, playing games, or crafting, Iuvany finds joy in every moment shared with his loved ones.
Puerto Rico is one of Iuvany’s favorite travel destinations — one that feels like a trip home with every visit. This connection to his heritage is reflected in his passion for causes such as the Ibero-American Action League and Say Yes Buffalo, both of which work to empower Latino and BIPOC communities through education and cultural pride.
