Customer Success Manager (Existing Accounts)

Full Time, Rochester, NY (Open to Working Remote)

Innovative is seeking a customer-obsessed, proactive, and process-oriented Customer Success Manager to play a vital role in helping us achieve ambitious growth objectives within our existing customer base. The ideal candidate has an exceptional mix of customer service, sales, and technology operations experience, coupled with a high sense of urgency and adaptability.


Responsible for:

  • Collaboratively working with the Sales and Marketing teams to effectively sell into Innovative’s existing account base
  • Retaining and growing service levels within existing account base
  • Working alongside the Marketing team to create meaningful content for existing customers to consume
  • Proactively identifying technology enhancements and opportunities within the existing account base
  • Intentionally seeking to understand the needs of each customer, and recommending custom technology roadmaps that align to their business needs (strategic planning)
  • Collaborating with the internal technical teams to ensure outstanding service delivery within assigned accounts
  • Tracking the overall performance within the existing accounts
  • Capturing customer CSAT, NPS, and Customer Effort scoring
  • Gathering feedback from customers regarding their experiences through all touchpoints with Innovative team members
  • Identifying areas for service delivery improvement within the existing accounts, thus increasing overall scores for CSAT, NPS, and CES
  • Handling all customer questions or concerns in a positive manner, with urgency!

Cloud Application Architect

Full Time - Rochester, NY (Open to Working Remote)

Innovative is seeking a Cloud Application Architect to assist our customers in creating applications that can fully leverage the AWS Cloud. The ideal candidate is creative, customer-centric, and self-motivated to deliver high quality results to both internal and external customers!

 

Responsible for:

  • Helping Innovative’s customers engineer scalable, highly available application solutions that leverage AWS services
  • Gathering, documenting, and understanding user requirements from a high level and ensuring solutions meet client requirements
  • Effectively interpreting information given by client subject matter experts into meaningful deliverables
  • Analyzing and validating architecture, balancing trade-offs between technology and business requirements where necessary
  • Architecting and developing customer applications to be cloud optimized
  • Participating in or leading Well-Architected Reviews and remediation for selected customers.
  • Acting as a technical leader and liaison between customer stakeholders and Innovative’s internal resources, effectively communicating throughout all phases of project lifecycles.
  • Effectively solution engineering new opportunities alongside the Sales team.
  • Leading and validating task estimation, and actively participating and/or leading team sessions
  • Providing mentorship, technical leadership, and software development knowledge to junior members of the team to create continuity and succession.
  • Supporting and driving the software development life cycle (SDLC) phases and activities associated with scalable, high quality software solutions
  • Ensuring assigned components are thoroughly tested in order to meet requirements


How you will be successful:

  • Willingness to assertively pursue AWS proficiency and certifications
  • Comfortable with pushing boundaries and technical limits (maintain technical aptitude and knowledge of industry).
  • Have a high degree of analytical thinking capability to solve complex business problems
  • Strong customer-facing presence and ability to recommend solutions to meet business needs and/or requirements

Inside Sales and Demand Generation Rep

Innovative is seeking an Inside Sales & Demand Generation Rep with a passion, dedication, and enthusiasm for building relationships. The ideal candidate is excited and motivated by the ever-changing technology industry, and is a proven catalyst for generating new business.

 

Responsible for:

  • Collaboratively working with the Sales, Marketing, and Alliances teams to develop lead generation strategies and inbound/outbound campaigns
  • Developing lead generation tactics and outreach strategies specific to each campaign based on market research and desired outcomes
  • Prospecting, qualifying, and following up on leads for the Sales team, and scheduling discovery meetings with key stakeholders and decision makers

IT Project and Account Manager

Full time - Rochester, NY

Innovative is seeking an IT Project and Account Manager to successfully manage relationships, resources, and technology strategy within a subset of Innovative’s major acccount base. The ideal candidate has the perfect blend of business and technical acumen, and truly enjoys being versatile and working at a fast pace!

Responsible for:

  • Managing customer relationships associated to Managed Service Agreements and projects.
  • Assigning, overseeing, and providing direction to technical team members to ensure they are actively working towards established milestones.
  • Researching and evaluating hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making recommendations on behalf of the Company.
  • Holding regular account review meetings to determine progress and address any challenges regarding project statuses.
  • Managing multiple projects at once (schedule, budget, and backlog).
  • Participating in the solution engineering process for all new engagements within your account base.
  • Performing technical tasks as needed (ie: password reset, user permissions, O365 portal, troubleshooting, basic networking, server administration, etc).
