Onsite visits, where available

In some cases, a high-touch, human interaction is the experience you want from your IT partner. In specified coverage areas, customers can take advantage of having a Technical Support Analyst work onsite to answer helpdesk tickets, interact with end users, troubleshoot on prem infrastructure, and much more. Onsite support visits are broken into half-day increments and can be replaced with additional helpdesk support calls (One half-day onsite = 5 helpdesk support tickets).
