Ranging from offsite backups, to a combination of onsite and offsite, to full disaster recovery planning (RTO/RPO), depending on which tier you agree to, Innovative will manage and optimize your solution so that your data is backed up in the event of a loss to further secure your systems. All hardware and software costs are the responsibility of the customer and while Innovative will manage the solution throughout the life of the agreement, you will ultimately and completely own the solution and all data.
