Kimberly C. DeYoung has held financial leadership roles in Rochester for the past twenty-five years. She is currently the Controller of Innovative Solutions using her experience to streamline processes and seek opportunities for automation supporting this high growth organization. After graduating from St. John Fisher University with a degree in Accounting, Kim held a variety of finance roles, including Accounting Manager, V. P. Controller and CFO in private and public corporations ranging in size from 30 to 1000 employees. Most recently she was the Sr. Director of Finance at LiDestri Foods, a Rochester- based, privately held, premier contract and private label manufacturer of foods, beverages and spirits.
She was on the Finance Committee of the Board of Lifespan Inc. for 8 years. She has participated in various volunteer leadership roles within the Pittsford, New York school district and also served as a financial consultant with the Volunteers of America of Upstate NY and the Villa of Hope in 2020 and 2021. Kim and her husband Bill live in Pittsford where they are raising two sons, William and John.
