Here’s what you can expect:

New Emails

Your invoices will come from an email that may look unfamiliar.  Please confirm that an invoice from us is actually from us and CALL US if you have any doubt.  Scammers often target small companies with updated (fake) payment information, so call us at 585-292-5070 to confirm any change in payment information.

New Portal

This new online portal will give you an up-to-date view of all your invoices and payments.

New Secure Payment Entry

Lockstep allows you to update your payment information (ACH or Credit Card) securely.
