Mark is an operations leader dedicated to cultivating excellence and client success.
Born in Summit, New Jersey, and now based in Gainesville, Virginia, Mark Pavlick has spent his career leading teams with empathy, curiosity, and a drive to deliver meaningful results. A graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in Business Management, Mark learned early on that success is a journey—one built through learning from failure and showing up for your teammates.
Before joining Innovative Solutions, Mark served as Chief Operating Officer at Network to Code, LLC, where he oversaw all aspects of services delivery, including architecture, professional services, engagement management, and managed services. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Sales at Bishop Fox, one of the nation’s leading offensive security firms, where he helped transform the organization into a tech-enabled services company. Earlier in his career, he held various senior leadership roles with a focus on infrastructure, storage, and transformation services.
Mark’s leadership philosophy is grounded in people and purpose. “If you focus your attention on your employees and your clients while providing an environment that rewards collaboration and partnership, you will inherently drive success and a winning culture,” he says. “Passion and hard work will always put you in a better position to drive success.”

Outside of work, Mark enjoys time on the golf course or relaxing with family on their pontoon boat. He and his wife, Sarah, have three children—CJ, Melanie, and Rachel —plus two dogs (Winston and Lola) and a bearded dragon named Sushi. His favorite places are anywhere near water or a golf course, and his guiding mantra is simple: “Stay in the moment. Be where your feet are.”
