FDS includes an Outcome Accelerator, a pay-for-performance layer that ties a portion of Innovative’s compensation to measurable outcomes you define. You choose the outcomes that matter from four categories: Revenue Growth, Cost Optimization, Risk Management, and Staff Efficiency. For each outcome, you and Innovative jointly define the KPI, the target, and the value. If the goal is achieved, Innovative earns the accelerator payment. If it isn’t, Innovative doesn’t get paid. We only do better when you do better.
