Born in Rochester, NY, Rhonda Ackley brings extensive knowledge and expertise in executive support, strategic partnerships, and facility management to her role as Business Services Manager at Innovative Solutions.
With a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Nazareth College, Rhonda is a lifelong learner who believes it’s never too late to pursue education. Her journey through graduate studies was a rewarding experience that deepened her professional skills and reinforced her commitment to continuous growth.
Rhonda’s background is rooted in managing administrative functions and coordinating large-scale events, where she excels at balancing fast-paced demands with a focus on strategic support. She thrives in Innovative’s dynamic environment, where quick pivots and a culture of staying ahead of the curve both technology-wise and business-wise keep each day engaging and fulfilling.
Outside of work, Rhonda enjoys reading and spending time outdoors. She is married to her husband, Mark, and she has two stepchildren, Markus and Miranda. Their family also includes four beloved “fur babies”—three Great Danes named Maya, Zoey, and Tuggs, and a Frenchton named Olive.
A significant personal experience for Rhonda was the loss of her father in 2012, a moment that taught her the importance of pausing, being present, and focusing on what truly matters. Guided by her mantra, “Do what you love and love what you do, tomorrow isn’t promised,” Rhonda brings dedication, empathy, and resilience to every aspect of her life and work.
