Chad’s honest nature and care for others has helped him build lasting relationships and partnerships throughout his career.

Born and raised in Chico, California, Chad’s journey to professional success began when he attended Chico State University. Early on in Chad’s life, he found fulfillment from giving back to others, which is why he studied Adapted Education in his hometown.

His first experience working in sales and alliances was with IBM where he became well-versed in direct and partner sales. After IBM, Chad moved into a Director role where helped to lead an international sales organization. His passion to help his team succeed brought him to another Director role at A10 Networks, where he led strategic partners at an international level. Chad continued to put the partner first, use data to drive his strategic decisions, and align, lead, and grow world-class channel sales teams around the country.

Now, Chad’s professional background has led him to the Innovative family, working remotely from Boise, Idaho. Chad is our Vice President of Channels and Alliances. He enjoys helping us manage our company partners and services, and strives to bring his sustained success and winning mindset to Innovative. Chad has brought 25 years of experience in the high-tech industry to the table, and we are unbelievably excited to have him on our team.

Outside of work, Chad spends time with his family, which is invaluable to him. He has two sons attending college in Idaho, and he loves to do anything outdoors. He enjoys camping with his family and all the activities surrounding- fishing, hiking, hunting, and golf. If he’s not with his family, you might find him at a Boise State football game cheering on his beloved Broncos.
