Incident Management Platform
All MCS customers receive incident management from PagerDuty or Pingdom and Amazon CloudWatch. This includes:
- i3 and i5 customers will receive email alerts, escalations, and a full Business license from PagerDuty
- i3 and i5 customers, may elect to receive alerts via SMS and telephone
- Monitored infrastructure and applications are configured to use PagerDuty’s incident response system for alerts and escalation to Innovative’s iNOC (i3 and i5 customers only)
- Additional full PagerDuty Business licenses are available
