Incident Management Platform

All MCS customers receive either email notifications, escalations, or a full user license for incident management. This includes:

  • Monitored infrastructure and applications are configured to use PagerDuty’s incident response system for alerts and escalation to Innovative’s iNOC
  • All customers get email alerts, while i3 and i5 customers may also elect to receive alerts via SMS and telephone
  • Additional full PagerDuty licenses (Digital Operations level) are available
