Incident Management Platform

All MCS customers receive incident management from PagerDuty or Pingdom and Amazon CloudWatch. This includes:

  • i1 customers will receive email alerts from Pingdom + Amazon CloudWatch
  • i3 and i5 customers will receive email alerts, escalations, and a full Business license from PagerDuty
  • i3 and i5 customers, may elect to receive alerts via SMS and telephone
  • Monitored infrastructure and applications are configured to use PagerDuty’s incident response system for alerts and escalation to Innovative’s iNOC (i3 and i5 customers only)
  • Additional full PagerDuty Business licenses are available
